Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager to help oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. This role is key to keeping the facility running smoothly and maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Assist with opening and closing the facility
Support daily operations and overall floor management
Lead and motivate team members to deliver great customer service
Interact with guests, especially children and families, to ensure a positive experience
Handle customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the facility
Assist with scheduling, team communication, and basic administrative tasks
Help monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment functionality
Qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Friendly, energetic, and great with kids and families
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
Previous management or customer service experience preferred
Must be able to pass a background check
Schedule
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
Must be available for evenings and weekends

Position Overview
As a Party Host, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional birthday party experience from start to finish. You will serve as the primary point of contact for party guests, ensuring celebrations run smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Welcome party guests and assist with check-in
Set up and prepare party rooms before events
Host birthday parties and engage with children and families
Coordinate party schedules and activities
Assist with serving food, drinks, cake, and party supplies
Lead birthday celebrations and announcements
Ensure party areas remain clean, organized, and safe
Clean and reset party rooms between events
Assist guests with questions and provide excellent customer service
Support other team members as needed during busy periods
Qualifications
Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
Comfortable interacting with children and families
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with a positive attitude
Ability to stand, walk, and lift party supplies throughout a shift
Weekend availability required

Position Overview
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering Funatics. You will assist with admissions, memberships, waivers, party check-ins, and guest questions while helping ensure every family has an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Process admissions, memberships, and attraction purchases
Assist guests with waiver completion and check-in procedures
Answer phone calls and respond to basic guest inquiries
Check in birthday parties and communicate with party hosts
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain an accurate register
Assist guests with memberships, promotions, and upcoming events
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Help monitor facility capacity and guest flow
Support team members throughout the facility as needed
Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with children and families
Basic computer and cash-handling skills
Dependable and able to work independently

Position Overview
As an Arcade Attendant & Support Staff team member, you will help ensure guests have an amazing experience throughout the facility. This role combines arcade operations, guest interaction, prize redemption, facility cleanliness, and general support to keep Funatics running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist with arcade-related questions
Operate and maintain the prize redemption counter
Redeem tickets and distribute prizes
Assist guests with game operation and basic troubleshooting
Monitor arcade games and report equipment issues
Keep the arcade area clean, organized, and fully stocked
Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including attractions, party rooms, restrooms, and common areas
Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly
Assist with setting up and cleaning party rooms
Restock supplies and prizes as needed
Monitor attractions and help promote a safe environment
Assist guests with questions and directions
Support special events and busy periods as needed
Help with opening and closing duties
Support other team members wherever needed
Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
Strong customer service skills
Comfortable interacting with children and families
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
