Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager to help oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. This role is key to keeping the facility running smoothly and maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Assist with opening and closing the facility
Support daily operations and overall floor management
Lead and motivate team members to deliver great customer service
Interact with guests, especially children and families, to ensure a positive experience
Handle customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the facility
Assist with scheduling, team communication, and basic administrative tasks
Help monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment functionality

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills
Friendly, energetic, and great with kids and families
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
Previous management or customer service experience preferred
Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule:

Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
Must be available for evenings and weekends
